These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thinkletics mobile application ("App") operated by Varis Analytics LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Georgia limited liability company.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Thinkletics is a competitive trivia training application that provides practice clues, flashcards, study modes, and performance analytics. The App offers both free and paid subscription features.
Thinkletics Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) auto-renewing subscription. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the App; (c) distribute, sell, or share your account; (d) submit false or misleading feedback; or (e) interfere with the App's operation.
All trivia clues in the App are AI-generated original content. Some questions are derived from Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com), licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. All other content, design, and code are the property of Varis Analytics LLC.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of trivia content or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varis Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
