Thinkletics ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Varis Analytics LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Thinkletics mobile application and related services.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email associated with that account.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the app, including test scores, accuracy rates, response times, category performance, streak data, flashcard progress, and feature usage. This data is used to provide personalized training insights.
Subscription Data: Subscription status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive entitlement status but do not store payment card details.
Feedback Data: If you flag a prompt, rate content, or submit feedback, we store that information to improve content quality.
Crash Reports: We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to improve app stability.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and ensure app compatibility.
We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the App experience; (b) track your practice progress and performance analytics; (c) manage your subscription; (d) respond to feedback; (e) improve app stability and features.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
We may send push notifications for daily training reminders, streak warnings, progress updates, and re-engagement prompts. You can manage notification preferences within the app's Profile settings or through your device's system settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
